Southeast Partners, Linden Construction to break ground on downtown Anderson residential development

A groundbreaking for Murray Mill Apartments will be held on Sept. 17.

The project is expected to be complete in 2028.

Five buildings are envisioned for the 3.5-acre site, some rising up to 10 stories.

Crossroads Logistics Park in Spartanburg was sold to Invesco Real Estate for an undisclosed sum.

Phase one will consist of 10 mixed-use buildings and three parking garages.

Construction is expected to begin in August, with GMC planning to occupy the new space by January 2027.

Plans call for an 8,900-square-foot building on 0.09 acres at the corner of Academy and North Markley streets.

The meeting will be held June 18 at 3 p.m. on the 10th floor of Greenville City Hall.

"This deal is a great example of what's happening in downtown Simpsonville," said Daniel Holloway, managing partner at SVN | Palmetto.

The business plans to host a ribbon-cutting ceremony with local and state officials in the coming months to celebrate the facility’s opening.
