New mixed-use development proposed for Pace Jewelers site in Village of West Greenville
A new mixed-use development to include retail and multifamily with a 4,400-square-foot footprint has been proposed for the corner of Pendleton, Irvine, and Branwood streets in the Village of West Greenville.
