Trinity Partners announced Aug. 13 Faherty, a national apparel and lifestyle retailer, has signed a 10-year lease for 2,742 square feet in downtown Greenville.
The space at 200 N. Main St. will be the brand’s first Upstate location and third store in South Carolina.
“Bringing a nationally recognized brand like Faherty to Downtown Greenville is an exciting addition to Main Street and a strong reflection of the continued demand we’re seeing from best-in-class retailers,” said Cheyenne Putnam of Trinity Partners, who represented the landlord in this transaction. “This was a highly competitive opportunity, and the record-setting lease rate speaks to the strength of Downtown Greenville as a retail destination. We’re thrilled to welcome Faherty to its first Upstate location.”
