International staffing services provider HKA Enterprises recently announced its acquisition of contract IT and engineering staffing firm Midcom Corporation. The acquisition will put HKA among the 75 largest staffing firms in the United States in 2014.
This purchase will allow both companies to serve employers throughout the United States in the IT, engineering, construction, oil and gas, energy, and manufacturing industries.
HKA Enterprises is headquartered in Duncan and Midcom Corporation is headquartered in Anaheim, Calif.
