Greenville Health System has hired NAI Earle Furman to handle its real estate service contracts for three years beginning in early 2015.
“The prior contract expired in 2014, and as part of our process, we rebid the contract. NAI Earle Furman won the contract,” said Mark Loukides, executive director of Facilities Development. “We look forward to working with them over the next three years.”
GHS is working to complete its master plan for the Greenville Memorial Medical Campus in 2015. Officials have talked about a potential healthcare corridor along I-185, but nothing has been defined at this point.
