Kentucky-based Amteck LLC acquired the assets and the ongoing operations of Greenville-based Huntington & Guerry Electric Co.
Huntington & Guerry was organized in 1915 with experience in electrical construction and maintenance and in the installation of electrical power and lighting systems in chemical, textile, paper, chemical manufacturing as well as pharmaceutical, hospital and health care facilities.
