AM-PM Farms Butchery & Market opened May 9 in the former Bee Bee’s location on Laurens Road.
The store carries farm-fresh options including meat from AM-PM Farms, located between Fountain Inn and Woodruff, and raw milk from Hensley Farms near Iva. The store and farm are owned by husband-and-wife duo Platt and Ashley Moore.
“People are busy and it’s just not always practical to get out to the farm every week, especially if you live on the other side of the Upstate,” Ashely said. “But Greenville is kind of in the center of everything.”
The Moores have undergone a lot of change in the last year. On Dec. 10, 2024, the Fountain Inn store was damaged by a fire. As a result, the couple moved that location of the butchery and market to the farm at 3085 Allen Bridge Road also in Fountain Inn.
AM-PM Farms Butchery & Market is now open at 1907 Laurens Road in Greenville Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The farmer’s market is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a food truck open Wednesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
