Sola Salons will soon open in the 300 E. McBee development in downtown Greenville this summer.
The location will include 39 suites that can accommodate a range of beauty professionals including hairstylists, nail technicians and massage therapists. The salon will total 7,500 square feet.
The 300 E. McBee Ave. property is in the final stages of a redevelopment. Other new tenants include bar and restaurant STIR Greenville, which is expected to open in June, and real estate lender Lima One Capital. Prisma Health also has its headquarters in the building.
The new salons will feature locking doors and insulated walls designed to create a private space for each contractor to conduct business. The suites will also include LED lights and salon chairs.
Sola has been in business since 2006 and opened more than 250 locations in the U.S. and Canada. It has two other Greenville locations, at 850 Woods Crossing Road and 3620 Pelham Road.
