David M. Feild was promoted to chief executive officer with Colliers | South Carolina.
He was named president in 2024 and succeeds John W. Folsom, who has led the company as CEO for 31 years. Folsom will transition to the role of non-executive chairman of the board.
Feild has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, including 11 years as market leader for Colliers’ Greenville-Spartanburg offices.
He served as board chair of Ten at the Top and is a board member of the Greenville Chamber.
Feild is a graduate of Furman University and Leadership South Carolina.
