Geoff Shiley was appointed chief executive officer of Mungo Homes.
He succeeds longtime CEO Steven Mungo, who will act as executive chairman for the company.
Shiley has worked as president and chief operations officer, builder, production manager, sales manager, division president and regional division president with Mungo.
He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.
