Joe Poore joined GEM Mining, a bitcoin mining company based in Greenville, as chief financial officer.
He previously worked as a partner at Cherry Bekaert LLP and in various roles with Elliott Davis.
Poore also served in the U.S. Marine Corps and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
He is a graduate of Bob Jones University.
