Tai Cohen joined CBRE, a commercial real estate company, as vice chair.
He will focus on multifamily investment sales across North and South Carolina, operating from Charlotte, North Carolina, and Charleston.
Cohen has more than 13 years of experience and has participated in over $10 billion in multifamily transactions during his career.
He comes to CBRE from his own company, NorthStar REI, and prior to that served as executive managing director at Cushman & Wakefield.
