A groundbreaking was held this morning for the redevelopment and restoration of West Greenville’s Woodside Cotton Mill.
The 500,000 square foot Woodside Mill will include the following:

- Conference rooms
- Office spaces
- 24-hour fitness center
- Yoga room
- Club room
- Wine tasting room
“It’s a very exciting project to restore and bring back to life a mill that is over 100 years old with so much historical significance,” said Randy Moore, managing partner of Crossgate Partners in a prepared statement.
Crossgate Partners is working with local architecture firm BetschAssociates and local construction group Caldwell Constructors.
