KM Fabrics, a fine woven velvets manufacturer based in Greenville, announced May 8 it will relocate its corporate headquarters by late 2025.
The 15-acre property at 105 Wood St. will be home to a one-story, 200,000-square-foot building. KM Fabrics presently occupies a two-story structure at 2 Waco St.
“We love being in Greenville and this is why KM Fabrics is writing its next chapter here,” said Paul Tantillo, KM president and CEO. “We’re investing in sustainable manufacturing to ensure our operations remain within regulatory guidelines. At the same time, we’re increasing our capacity to maintain our high production standards for our core clients in the theater business as well as new opportunities in other markets.”
KM Fabrics also plans to hire additional staff to join its team of over 100 employees.
