Flock Shop Hot Chicken will replace Willy Taco at 129 N. Main St. in Simpsonville.
Both brands are owned by Hub City Hospitality, a Spartanburg-based restaurant group. A representative from the company confirmed the switch on Jan. 6. The new restaurant will open Jan. 19.
The hot chicken brand first opened in 2019 in Spartanburg. The restaurant group also owns Fr8yard in Spartanburg.
