Hitachi Solutions America Ltd., a provider of global industry solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, recently announced it has acquired Greenville-based Customer Effective, a provider of industry-focused Microsoft Dynamics customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.
The acquisition has expanded Hitachi Solutions’ capabilities in the financial services sector, and has added 90 CRM resources throughout North America.
Hitachi Solutions is a subsidiary of Fortune Global 500 company Hitachi Group.
Additionally, Customer Effective leadership employees will be integrated into Hitachi Solutions’ Global CRM practice. Customer Effective CEO Scott Millwood will become the senior vice president of the Hitachi Solutions Global CRM practice.
