Chad Love was promoted to managing principal of the Carolinas with Cushman & Wakefield.
He will be responsible for the firm’s Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham, Greensboro-Winston Salem, Columbia, Charleston and Greenville markets.
Love joined Cushman & Wakefield in April 2022 as managing principal of the firm’s Raleigh-Durham office.
He is also an active-duty veteran of the Army and serves on the council for Cushman & Wakefield’s Military and Veterans Program.
