Francis Turck has been named senior executive chef at The Cliffs. In his new role, Turck will oversee the culinary programs at all seven of The Cliffs’ communities. He has worked with The Cliffs since 2006 and has over 25 years of culinary experience.
Turck graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, trained under Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten in New York, and James Beard award-winning Chef Larry Forgione. Recently, he achieved his Certified Sommelier designation through the Court of Master Sommeliers.
