Patrick Journy joined Lima One Capital, an Upstate-based lender for real estate investors, as chief financial officer.
He will lead the company’s accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and capital markets groups.
Journy has 15 years of accounting and finance leadership in the mortgage industry and has served in C-level financial roles for both mortgage lenders and mortgage REITs since 2018.
He served as chief accounting officer with Angel Oak Mortgage REIT Inc., and as CFO with JFQ Lending and Mortgage Assets Management.
