Roger Tate joined Flagship Properties as a commercial real estate agent.
He will support the company’s efforts through market research, market analytics, lease analyses, property searches and due-diligence coordination.
Tate has 20 years in restaurant management and equipment purchasing and sales.
He is a member of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors Commercial Alliance and has real estate designations such as accredited buyer’s representative and associate broker.
Tate also volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and the American Heart Association.
