Tori Wallace-Babcock joined Hartness as development manager.
She will lead all critical aspects of the development process, from inception through construction completion, for every project within the 449-acre urban village located on Greenville’s Eastside.
Wallace-Babcock has more than 15 years of development, real estate and construction-related project management experience.
She served as project manager at Mashburn Construction Company’s Greenville office, project manager and owner’s representative at Central Realty Holdings LLC and part-time lecturer at Clemson University, teaching a master’s level course on mixed-use development.
Babcock-Wallace is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Clemson University.
