Colliers International has announced the formation of a new office brokerage team that will serve the Upstate market.
Bob Shaw, a vice president and principal of the Greenville location, and brokerage associates Jake Jackson and Brantley Anderson comprise the team, which “will offer a unique combination of real estate experience that will provide additional depth and performance for Colliers’ clients,” the company said in a press release.
“We at Colliers are excited about this combination of talent and what it will mean to our market,” said David Feild, market president for the Colliers Greenville office. “It’s not every day that you can get the depth of expertise and market knowledge that Bob offers paired with the quality of leasing and property marketing service that Jake and Brantley bring to the table.”
Shaw has years of experience leasing and marketing office and industrial properties, including new development, rehab projects and existing buildings.
Jackson recently joined Colliers International and has an extensive background in brokerage, finance and development. He has worked with major clients including Lehman Brothers, Allstate | Esurance and BMW.
Anderson has extensive experience in property marketing. Prior to becoming a brokerage associate, Anderson worked as marketing coordinator for Colliers for three years, and her experience includes commercial property marketing across South Carolina.
The new office team will be located in Greenville.
