David Dyrhaug, Mauldin City Council’s economic development planner, has been appointed director of its business and development services department. Dyrhaug has more than 15 years experience in public sector planning and management.
Previously, Dyrhaug was the interim city administrator for the City of Simpsonville and served as its planning director prior to that role. He is also certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners.
