Vince De Pinto joined LyonJay as real estate development analyst.
He previously served at Armada Analytics, where he was responsible for underwriting conventional multifamily, affordable multifamily and assisted living agency loans for both Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.
De Pinto initially attended Lindenwood University in St. Louis, Missouri, as an NCAA athlete on the men’s golf team, before transferring to Furman University, where he graduated with a degree in business administration in 2018.
While in college, he obtained his California real estate license and interned for a commercial real estate brokerage in the Greenville market.
