Shannon Owen joined the Hispanic Alliance as director of operations.
She has more than 20 years of experience in organization planning and development and has worked as an independent consultant with a variety of nonprofit organizations in the Upstate. She has also served at several organizations in roles such as interim executive director and interim operations director.
Owen is a graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina and Clemson University.
