Carly B. Finkenstadt joined Turner Padget as an associate in its Greenville office.
She will work in the firm’s insurance litigation practice group and will support the team by representing insurance companies and insureds and providing claim-handling advice and defending insureds from a variety of claims prior to and during litigation.
Finkenstadt worked in the Eighth Circuit Public Defender’s Office and the Fifth Circuit Public Defender’s Office as assistant public defender. She has also served as law clerk.
She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and the University of South Carolina School of Law.
