Dave Hughes joined Lima One Capital, a lender for real estate investors, as senior director of core servicing.
He will lead the team that services the company’s multibillion-dollar portfolio of loans and has over 20 years of experience in loan servicing.
Hughes served as EVP of servicing operations at RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing.
