William Gibbs joined Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd as shareholder in the firm’s Greenville office.
He advises corporate clients on commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. His clients range from startups to publicly traded companies in the technology, financial, health care, manufacturing, online retail, marketing and automotive sectors.
Gibbs served as general counsel and executive team member of a national health care company, reporting to a board of directors representing private equity ownership and one of the nation’s leading research hospitals. Earlier in his career, he practiced at an Am Law 100 firm.
