Weyman C. Carter joined Cassidy Coates Price P.A. as partner in the firm’s banking and bankruptcy practices.
He has more than 30 years of experience, focusing on representing creditors in commercial bankruptcy, foreclosure and banking matters, assisting financial institutions and businesses in resolving distressed assets.
Weyman is a graduate of Wofford College and the University of South Carolina School of Law. He is a master of the J. Bratton Davis American Inn of Court and a past president of the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association.
