Lisa Gilstrap joined Appalachian Development Corp. as loan officer.
She will specialize in SBA 504 lending to help small businesses purchase real estate and equipment with lower rates, smaller initial down payments and longer terms than traditional conventional financing.
Gilstrap has more than 29 years of residential lending experience in the Upstate market.
She is a graduate of Kennesaw State University.
