John Simmons joined the William Pender Team of CrossCountry Mortgage in Greenville as business development specialist.
He will be responsible for building and maintaining new business relationships for the branch.
Simmons worked as a real estate agent in the Upstate and in sales with Greer Flooring Center. He also held a variety of roles at Dan Ryan Builders, including buyer-relations specialist and project superintendent.
