Gemaire Distributors, a residential and commercial HVAC systems seller that works with various brands, will open a 15,000-square-foot space in Greer, the city announced July 24.
The facility in the Pelham Crossing business park off of state Highway 14 will feature a retail showroom for HVAC installers and offices, and house warehousing and distribution operations.
“We saw the opportunities in Greer and the potential growth it has, which overall led us moving to the market,” said Nick O’Hagan, Southeast director of sales for Gemaire.
The business plans to host a soft opening at the end of September followed by a grand opening in October.
