What to expect from the company that connects veterans and corporate opportunities
Former serviceman Tyler Warren knows some of the hardest-working, most strategic and intelligent people are those who have previously served our country. He also knows that veterans often struggle to find new purpose when their service comes to an end. That’s why he’s on a mission to help them channel their leadership potential into a new arena.
That is, corporate America.
Veteran One is Warren’s local tech company that specializes in connecting veterans with fitting corporate opportunities — and vice versa.
“More than ever, corporate America needs new talent, specifically quick learners and devoted leaders. At Veteran One, we help organizations find candidates who have a history of excellence and promise to go far in the business world,” Warren said.
While the Veteran One process has always been efficient and effective, veterans and headhunters who use the services can now expect a new and improved system.

“We just rolled out a new platform that makes getting hired, and hiring, faster and more accurate,” Warren explained.
For veterans in search of a new role, the process is easy. After signing up for a free membership with Veteran One, veterans access the new platform with their own LinkedIn, Google or Facebook account. Then Veteran One technology auto-fills the user’s profile. What’s more, veterans can upload both military and civilian documentation to further auto-fill their profiles and create a customizable resume.
After the initial setup is complete, members take a thorough, 15-minute assessment focused on skills, personality and interests to provide them with recommended career fields and job matches. Like any great job-search platform, Veteran One’s platform now allows members to filter jobs based on salary, full-time/part-time hours, location and more. It also allows members to apply for jobs and communicate with employers directly in-app.
The process is equally as simple for employers, who have a number of options when it comes to subscriptions, packages, features and benefits. After creating a company profile, which is partially auto-populated by the Veteran One system, employers are able to post open jobs for veterans to see. Plus, employers are given access to real-time analytics on the status and activity of their postings and can track multiple candidates throughout the hiring process.

Whether you’re a small, single-site location or global, large-scale enterprise, Veteran One’s hiring tools are designed to deliver.
“Hiring great employees is challenging, and even after rounds of interviews, there are still a lot of unknowns when you finally select an applicant. Not with Veteran One,” Warren said. “With us, you’re connected with men and women who are eager to work and have already been pre-screened, vetted and matched to the job at hand.”
