Marcus & Millichap, a California-based commercial real estate brokerage, announced Oct. 1 the sale of a retail center on S.C. Highway 28 Bypass in Anderson for $7.14 million.
Built in 1999 on 8.3 acres and totaling 40,000 square feet with 13 units, the center contains a mix of retail and service-oriented businesses, including Dollar Tree, Great Clips and Petsense.
The center is part of a larger, Walmart-anchored shopping complex along one of Anderson’s principal commercial arteries.
