Annie Caggiano joined Upstate SC Alliance as director of business recruitment.
She will be responsible for creating and implementing Upstate SC Alliance’s global business recruitment strategy, working closely with partners at the state and local levels to showcase the Upstate region as an ideal business location.
Caggiano has 19 years of economic development experience, including serving as president of Oconee Economic Alliance, director of research at Central SC Alliance, senior project manager at Santee Cooper, assistant director with Richland County and project manager with the SC Department of Commerce.
