David Edwards was named director of fulfillment with Harvest Hope Food Bank.
He will be responsible for maintaining a structured receiving and distribution process along with providing excellent customer service to food pantry partners and food donors.
Edwards has more than 15 years of nonprofit management and food-rescue experience.
He also served as director of operations for the food pantry at Wesley Community Center in Houston, and is a combat veteran of the Navy.
Edwards is a graduate of Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina, and Blue Ridge Community College in Flat Rock, North Carolina.
