Henry Fair joined Cassidy Coates Price P.A. as associate in the firm’s real estate practice group.
He focuses his practice on guiding clients through a range of real estate matters, including commercial-property purchases, refinancing, land-development projects and commercial leasing. He also advises on land use and zoning, multifamily and affordable housing issues, and commercial title insurance.
Fair clerked for the South Carolina Senate Judiciary Committee and the Fifth Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
He is a graduate of the University of Florida and the University of South Carolina School of Law.
Fair is admitted to practice in both South Carolina and Florida and is a member of the South Carolina Bar, Greenville County Bar Association and York County Bar.
