Linda Butler joined United Community Bank as senior director of talent.
She will lead programs such as talent acquisition, career development, performance management, rewards and recognition, employee relations, succession planning, and employee engagement and satisfaction.
Butler has more than 15 years of experience in human resources and has held leadership roles with BMW Manufacturing and Schneider Electric.
She is a Riley Institute Diversity Fellow alumni and is certified as a life purpose and career coach.
Butler is a graduate of Clemson University.
