Madison Roach joined Colliers | South Carolina as assistant director of real estate management services.
She is responsible for management of the delivery of professional REMS services for Colliers’ clients in the Greenville-Spartanburg portfolio of commercial office, retail and industrial properties. She provides strategic planning and process oversight of the REMS team and collaborates with Colliers’ Greenville and Spartanburg brokerage colleagues to enhance the REMS platform in the region and beyond.
Roach worked for a national commercial real estate firm managing commercial and medical office properties in addition to nontraditional mixed-use/adaptive-reuse redevelopment projects.
She is a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans.
