Ty Underwood joined NAI Earle Furman as chief investment officer and managing principal of Appian Investments.
He leads the firm’s investment platform, strategic-growth initiatives and capital-formation efforts.
Underwood has over 25 years of experience across acquisitions, dispositions, development, capital markets and asset management.
He has held senior leadership roles, including chief strategy officer and managing principal at AmCap Inc., CEO and managing principal with Atlas Retail Capital and Atlas Interests, and senior vice president and senior director at NAI Global/NAI Brannen Goddard.
Underwood is a graduate of the University of Florida and Georgia State University.
