Vic Bailey Volkswagen of Spartanburg has announced it will send one person and a guest to the Great American Beer Fest Oct. 6-8 in Denver.
The dealership is offering the deal as part of its Getaway Giveaway contest. The package includes airfare, a three-night hotel stay, festival tickets, a paired dinner event and a Volkswagen gift basket.
Contestants can enter to win through Aug. 31 by completing an entry form or test-driving any car at Vic Bailey Volkswagen of Spartanburg at 2671 Reidville Road. Participants must be at least 21 years old to enter.
The dealership has already given away to getaways this year to the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, N.C., and Great Wolf Lodge in Concord, N.C.
It is offering the contest in conjunction with its concert series “VolksROCKIN’ Summer Sessions” in partnership with RJ Rockers brewery in downtown Spartanburg.
The series will conclude Friday with an opening performance by Empire Strikes Brass followed by Dead 27s. The brewery opens at 3 p.m. and music will begin at 5 p.m. Admission is free.
RJ Rockers will donate $1 of every beer sale to The Charles Lea Center Foundation to benefit local residents with disabilities and special needs.
“As a dealership, we are involved with many activities and charitable groups in our community,” said Hal Foster, general manager of Vic Bailey Volkswagen of Spartanburg, in a statement. “The Charles Lea Center Foundation is an organization that’s very close to us, and we feel privileged to partner with RJ Rockers on an awesome event like VolksROCKIN’ to help support a admirable cause.”
