Colliers announced Sept. 21 Berry Shoals Industrial LLC, an investment group based in Chicago with multiple holdings in the Upstate, purchased an industrial space at 961 Berry Shoals Road in Duncan from ATA Properties LLC for an undisclosed amount.
The 80,000-square-foot space used to house LeMans Karting and its features include:
- 18- to 23-foot clear heights
- One drive-in bay
- Nine exterior dock doors
- LED lighting
The investment group will use Collier for the leasing and marketing of the property.
