New South Construction Supply LLC, a construction products distributor headquartered in Greenville, announced Nov. 1 it acquired Increte of North Florida, a concrete construction material distributor and supplier, for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition was finalized Nov. 1 and Increte will operate under the New South Construction Supply name.
“I am happy to welcome Grant Denny, president and CEO of Increte of North Florida, and his employees to the New South team,” said New South Construction Supply president and CEO Jim Sobeck. “We look forward to learning more about the road and bridge business from them and expanding their business into the fabricated rebar and the tilt-up construction space. For our first foray into Florida, we could not think of a better fit for our business and for our customers.”
Following this acquisition, New South Construction Supply has offices in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida.
