Greenville-based illumifin, an insurance third-party administration and software provider based in Greenville, opened its new headquarters at the Field House at the West End, the company announced April 13.
The company invested $2.5 million to renovate the two-story, 20,000-square-foot space.
“illumifin chose the West End of Greenville because we wanted to be a part of the renaissance of this vibrant area,” said illumifin CEO Phil Ratcliff. “We are proud to make this growing community our home, and to be celebrating the next step in our bright future with our friends, and our new neighbors.”
Greenville Drive Partnership
The company also announced a partnership — they’re sponsoring “Friday Fireworks Lit Up by illumifin” and “illumifin Insights” with the Greenville Drive — and an acquisition: they’ve bought LTCG, an administrative solutions and clinical services provider to the long-term care insurance industry.
With the LTCG acquisition, illumifin employs more than 200 people locally and has approximately 3,000 workers worldwide.
“Today marks an important milestone in illumifin’s journey to become the leading insurance services and software provider in our market,” Ratcliff said. “We are excited to drive transformation across the industry through our unique combination of insurance insight, operational excellence and technology innovation.”
