Encore Bank, a boutique bank headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas, announced March 23 it will expand into Greenville.
The expansion will be led by Encore Bank’s regional president for the Carolinas, Michael Sharpton, who is searching for a permanent space for the Greenville branch and working to build a team of 10 to 15 banking professionals.
“Encore Bank has experienced rapid growth since it was established in 2019,” said Sharpton. “Much of our success can be attributed to our concierge approach to banking. We truly build our processes and services with our clients in mind. We have been thrilled with the response we have received from clients as we have entered the Carolinas and the key is the fantastic team of experienced professionals who have joined us. I am excited to bring our unprecedented levels of service to the people of Greenville.”
The financial institution operates in 18 markets across eight states.
