Spartanburg hotel development and hospitality management company OTO Development has acquired Dunes Manor Hotel, Court & Suites in Ocean City, Maryland.
“Ocean City bills itself as the East Coast’s favorite vacation destination,” said OTO Development CEO Corry Oakes. “More than 8 million people visit every year and we are delighted to be here now, too.”
Dunes Manor’s features include:
- 170 room hotel
- 64 Dunes Suites including full kitchens and private balconies
- 49-room Dunes Court, which is open seasonally
The property’s amenities include:
- Indoor and outdoor pools
- Food and beverage options such as The Victorian Room and the Zippy Lewis Lounge
- 5,000 square feet of meeting/event space
This property joins OTO’s portfolio, which includes properties in Marathon, Cocoa Beach, Panama City Beach and St. Pete Beach, Florida; Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina; Oakhurst, California; and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
