Does your doggy day care have a swimming pool? This new one will.
Pet Paradise Greenville, an upscale pet boarding, day camp, and grooming resort, will break ground at 615 Congaree Road, next to Miyabi Japanese Steak and Seafood House, on April 10 with an expected opening in November.
Pet Paradise, headquartered in Jacksonville, Fla., with 33 mostly Southeastern locations, will be rolling out a new design for the 1.6-acre Greenville location that will include multi-level boarding and play areas, six primary play areas, 170 dog suites, and 12 cat condos. The amenities will also include more shade structures, trees, covered porches, and misting stations in the outside play yard with a swimming pool and splash area.
Pet Paradise Greenville will also have an on-site Wellness Clinic staffed with veterinary technicians and a full-time veterinarian.
The company stays active in each of the local communities where its resorts are located by partnering with animal rescue groups for their annual pet food drive, Wacky Wednesdays, and sponsoring as well as supporting local pet-centric events.
