Colliers | South Carolina announced Oct. 6 it has partnered with Holy City Brewing to create a custom Carolina Kolsch-style beer called “The Dealmaker” to celebrate its 115th anniversary in the commercial real estate business in South Carolina.
The commercial real estate company has offices in Charleston, Columbia, Greenville and Spartanburg, which are reflected in the beer’s production, taste and packaging, said Colliers in a news release.
“I can’t think of a more fun and unique way to celebrate than by creating our own exclusive beer,” said Colliers | South Carolina president and CEO John Folsom. “Charleston is represented through our partnership with Holy City Brewing. The artwork was created by a local artist out of Columbia, Cait Maloney, and the hints of peach flavor are a nod to Spartanburg and Greenville, which produce the majority of peaches out of South Carolina. The beer also has an effervescent feel, which makes it taste celebratory.”
The beer was launched at a company-wide virtual celebration where a toast was made by Folsom. Additionally, each employee was gifted commemorative beers.
Colliers will use the beer for special events, client gifts and more throughout the year. The Dealmaker will also be available for a limited time in the Holy City Brewing’s taproom at 1021 Aragon Ave. in North Charleston.
