Pintail, a commercial real estate firm based in Greenville, announced Jan. 10 the Merovan Business Center and The Shops @ Merovan on Woodruff Road sold for $67.5 million to an undisclosed buyer.
The nearly 60-acre property, which was developed in phases beginning in 1980, is comprised of nine flex buildings and a retail shopping center, totaling 146 units and 700,000 square feet.
The Shops @ Merovan is anchored by the tenant, Northern Tool and Equipment.
