SLG Investment Holdings of Greenville announced June 27 it acquired Package Concepts, a packing solutions business based in Greer, for an undisclosed sum.
While Package Concepts will not change its name, it will be managed through an affiliate known as SLG Package Concepts. It will also continue to offer products and services such as:
- Interior corrugated packaging.
- Custom boxes
- Design and production.
- Real time inventory tracking.
- Warehousing and distribution.
- Rotary die cutting.
“Package Concepts has been delivering innovative boxes and packaging solutions since 1989,” said SLG Investment Holdings founder and CEO Sharon Gordon. “We look forward to continuing to provide the same solutions and service for our existing clients while growing the company’s capabilities in the packaging sector.”
SLG Investment Holdings operates and manages its companies and investments through affiliates such as SLG Staffing, Footills Food Group and SLG Real Estate Holdings.
